| N.A.M.A. Ninja's is for the younger one's, from the ages of approximately 3 1/2yrs to 6 or 7yrs. This is a fun class, encouraging their listening, co-ordination and social skills. The N.A.M.A. Ninja's are encouraged to respect others as well as learn martial art skills. We encorporate fitness whilst playing games and learning martial art techniques. |
